After years in grant financing, Jan saw a recurring challenge - clients needed multiple advisors to secure full financing. He founded our Corporate Finance department to bridge the gap and create a true one-stop shop covering grants, venture and project debt, equity financing, and exits. Jan structures complex transactions strategically, aligning deals with corporate goals. He leads our EIB, EIC Fund, and M&A activities.
