Watch our EU Innovation Fund Masterclass
In collaboration with the Danish Energy Agency, we held three webinars on the EU Innovation Fund (EUIF) for potential applicants. The webinars havde been designed to help you prepare for the 2026 call.
Throughout the EUIF Masterclass, some of our most experienced EU consultants hosted three course modules and shared their extensive knowledge of the EU Innovation Fund and provided guidance on how to develop and write a successful funding application.

This module has taken place
First module provides a thorough understanding of the programme’s structure, selection criteria, and examples of funded projects, This will help you assess whether your project fits the EU IF framework.
In addition, the webinar covers consortium composition, project scoping, alternative financing options and a step-by-step guide to the application and project management process.
This module has taken place
This module walks you through the application process, from documentation requirements, financial modelling to greenhouse gas emission calculations. You will also gain insights into best practices, common pitfalls and practical examples from past applications.
The course builds on and expands on Module 1, however, both new and participants from the first session will benefit from the second module.

The final module highlights tips, tricks, pitfalls, and best practices for preparing a successful EU Innovation Fund application, based on practical insights from previous applicants.
We covered how to strengthen your proposal by linking your project’s impact to relevant EU policy priorities.
