Venture & Project Debt Financing

NICF specialises in securing non-dilutive funding for companies and projects requiring EUR 5-150 million in debt. We provide end-to-end execution: Financial modelling tailored for lenders, strategic outreach, support through due diligence, and negotiation of commercial terms.

We work closely with the European Investment Bank (EIB), the Nordic Investment Bank (NIB), and a broad network of commercial banks across Europe. In addition, we coordinate with EU funding programmes, including the EU Innovation Fund, to complement debt packages with non-repayable support. This allows us to design competitive capital structures while preserving ownership and improving cash flow predictability.

Equity Financing & Exit Advisory

NICF advises companies on equity transactions with a focus on Series A or B companies (rounds of min. EUR 30m) and exit advisory via M&A. We support the preparation of investment materials, develop defensible valuations, and manage the full investor/buyer process - from identification and outreach to negotiations and closing.

As an official partner of the European Innovation Council (EIC Partner Programme), we are eligible to provide EIC-funded companies with up to EUR 30,000 in matched financing advisory. Our relationships span across Nordic and European venture capital funds, family offices and strategic investors, ensuring alignment with your sector focus, growth trajectory and governance priorities.
