Defence Industry Funding
The European defence sector is undergoing rapid transformation driven by geopolitical developments, technological innovation, and increased public investment across Europe. Governments and EU institutions are significantly strengthening support for defence research, development, and innovation to enhance security, resilience, and technological sovereignty.
For innovative companies, research organisations, and defence technology developers, this creates strong opportunities to secure public funding for advanced solutions across areas such as autonomous systems, cybersecurity, space technologies, AI, quantum technologies, advanced materials, and next-generation communication systems.
At Nordic Innovators, we support companies and consortia in navigating complex defence funding programmes and developing competitive proposals for national and European funding schemes.
