In collaboration with the Danish Energy Agency, we invite potential applicants to an exclusive series of three webinars on the EU Innovation Fund (EUIF) that are designed to help you prepare for the upcoming the 2026 call.
Throughout the EUIF Masterclass, some of our most experienced EU consultants will host three course modules and share their extensive knowledge of the EU Innovation Fund and provide you guidance on how to develop and write a successful funding application.

EU Innovation Fund Masterclass

28. October 2025 at 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
First module Fund provides a thorough understanding of the programme’s structure, selection criteria, and examples of funded projects, This will help you assess whether your project fits the EU IF framework.
In addition, the webinar will cover consortium composition, project scoping, alternative financing options and a step-by-step guide to the application and project management process.

2: Successful Application for EU IF
18 November 2025 at 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
This module walks you through the application process, from documentation requirements, financial modelling to greenhouse gas emission calculations. You will also gain insights into best practices, common pitfalls and practical examples from past applications.
The course builds on and expands on Module 1, however, both new and participants from the first session will benefit from the second module.

3: Tips, tricks and Pitfalls
8 January 2026, 1:00–3:00 PM
The final module highlights tips, tricks, pitfalls, and best practices for preparing a successful EU Innovation Fund application, based on practical insights from previous applicants.
We will also look at how to strengthen your proposal by linking your project’s impact to relevant EU policy priorities. Also, a short recap of the previous webinars will ensure all participants can benefit, both new and those who attended the first two.
