Great Boost from EU Grants 

OTECHOS works in industrial engineering and commercialization of new products within the energy, oil and gas industry, machinery and mechanical branches - with a focus on environmentally friendly solutions.

Nordic Innovators successfully helped OTECHOS AS secure a grant from the EU through the SME Instrument Phase 2. The company was awarded almost €1.6 million to support their highly efficient Centric Reciprocating Compressor project. The project is built on a successful SME Phase 1 Feasibility study and aims to upscale, pilot and commercialise their new air compressor.

With this new technology, OTECHOS delivers a highly energy efficient, cost-effective and lightweight solution to the maritime shipping sector with energy savings of at least 30% and a reduction in operating costs of 35%.
