Is the Hum and Smell of Exhaust and Oil 
Equivalent With a Cool Motorcycle?

Not necessarily, if you ask Offset Motorcycles, a young startup with only 1,5 years behind them. They believe there is room for a new, broader motorcycle culture that focuses on other things than exhaust and greasy oil fingers.

Offset Motorcycles is developing the first Danish electric motorcycle that is suited for everyone, regardless of experience and riding style. The Offset Motorcycles is designed as a modular platform where the rider can customise the motorcycle  – whether it is for a fun ride in the woods or for using it for daily transportation.

Taking a new approach 

Offset Motorcycles aims at playing an active part in the e-mobility revolution with a product that is sustainable, silent, and radically simple to own and operate.
The innovative idea and new approach to motorcycling have convinced Innovation Fund Denmark that they are worth banking on and in late 2020 they were awarded an Innobooster grant.

Offset Motorcycles is working hard to get the low-cost, simple and minimalistic e-motorcycle ready to hit the market. Their vision is to restore Denmark’s now lost reputation as a proud motorcycle manufacturer by having part of the production in Denmark along with the assembly.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Nordic innovators. The input and help we received on the application process and the application itself were very valuable. I am sure working with them was instrumental in us being awarded the Innobooster grant.
