Large companies are often on the lookout for new employees. However, they get more applications than they can readily manage. Two young entrepreneurs wanted to solve this dilemma and founded Casefair in 2017 believing in the motto: “Don’t tell it, show it!"
Casefair aims to make the recruitment process more fair and effective for both parts with case studies. The candidates have the opportunity to prove their abilities to meet the job requirements while it is easier, more cost-effective and flexible for the companies to hire the right candidate.
Perfect Match
Traditional screening can be time-consuming, biased and inefficient at predicting future job performance and cultural fit. Moreover, it leads to costly screening and overlooked talents.
To overcome these challenges, Casefair is automating the screening process by combining interactive case assessments and predictive analytics. By using Casefair’s solution, candidates are able to show their competency and be sure that they are applying for the right job. The recruiters, on the hand, will identify candidates based on relevant criteria and ensure that candidates invited for interviews are qualified and match the job criteria.
Funding Achieved
To bring their solution faster to market, Casefair reached out to Nordic Innovators to get help with an Innobooster application. They were successful and got funding in early 2020. The funding will among others be used to further develop their idea of automating the screening process by combining interactive case assessments and predictive analytics.
